" In Case you haven't noticed, you have a mental dialogue going on inside your head that never stops. It just keeps going and going."- The Untethered Soul by Michael A Singer
In this weeks episode I talk about the seven most common inner critics and the messages that they send. Dr Jay Earley and Bonnie Weiss LCSW have narrowed down the inner critical voices into these seven types and if we can begin to pay attention to the messages of these negative dialogues we can begin to renew our thinking and heal from trauma and past hurts.
Becoming aware of these critics allows us the ability to bring those things to prayer and ask for God's guidance and healing so that Satan doesn't multiply the message and guide us to strongholds and sin.
So let's get busy paying attention so that we can break free!!!
